Erwachsene haben täglich BJJ-Einheiten, Kinder und Jugendliche bis zu fünfmal pro Woche.
Unser Stundenplan für MMA kombiniert Muay Thai (Thaiboxen) und Ringen, um dein Stand- und Bodenkampfrepertoire abzurunden.

I have only good things to say about this place, Dominik is a superb coach with a solid teaching method and a genuine love for the art! (He can explain techniques in both German and English without any problems). As for the training atmosphere and the people attending can't ask for anything better, real bonds has been developed amongst people and all the newcomers are welcomed with open arms, we go compete and win medals while having fun as a tight team on a regular basis. Highly recommend everyone in town interested in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA and self-defense to check this place out!
